StarGroup provides two high quality report styles:

The StarGroup Narrative Report is a fully word-processed report, typically provided within 48 hours of the inspection. Our clients find the Narrative Report's sentence and paragraph style easy to use and understand. Sellers especially value this report style because it is easily followed by potential buyers who were not present during the actual inspection. Our Narrative Reports typically include five to ten color photos of conditions observed during the inspection.

Our StarGroup Site-Produced Report includes a 19-page NCR checklist, and is completed and provided on-site at the conclusion of the inspection. This report is especially valuable for buyers who can attend the actual inspection and hear the inspector's commentary first hand. We provide our Site-Produced Report in a three-ring binder with a 64-page glossary explaining in detail many construction terms of interest to homebuyers. This report is typically $125 less than the Narrative Report.

We also provide other services as well, including Buyer Report Reviews, Mold and Moisture-Intrusion Analyses, In-Progress Construction Consultations, Condominium Conversion Inspections and Reserve Studies, and Commercial Building Inspections, among others. Narrative | Site-Produced

STARGROUP ASHI & CREIA INSPECTORS:

Michael Brady, member of ASHI and CREIA, has been a licensed general contractor in the East Bay for over 30 years, and is a certified ICC (International Code Council) dwelling inspector. Michael has specialized experience ranging from new custom construction to 100-year old Victorians. He also performs condominium conversion inspection. He is Star's senior inspector, completing over 2,500 residential and commercial inspections in the Bay Area.

Bob Dullum, member of ASHI and CREIA, is a former licensed general building contractor, and a current FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) Inspector. Bob has specialized experience in plumbing and mold sampling. He has been with StarGroup since 2000 and has completed over 2,000 residential and commercial inspections in the Bay Area.

Bill Londagin, member of ASHI and CREIA, is also a certified ICC dwelling inspector, a Governor's Office of Emergency Services Evaluator, and a FEMA Inspector. He has 27 years of remodeling older homes, and has completed over 1,800 residential inspections since he joined StarGroup in 2001. He prefers residential inspections and especially values being of service to clients and agents.

Roger Robinson, founder and CEO of Star Inspection Group, member of ASHI and CREIA, is a nationally renowned leader in property inspection services and has trained inspectors throughout the United States. Roger has served as president of CREIA's association and of both local ASHI and CREIA chapters. He has chaired national Ethics and Standards Committees, and has received the highest possible National and State awards for contributions to the inspection profession.
