Construction Complaint Evaluation

The Star Inspection Group has worked with many home owners who feel they aren't being treated fairly by their contractors. Sometimes the problem has resulted from a miscommunication and we are able to reassure our clients that the contractor's work is indeed satisfactory. We also often find that the contractor's work is significantly substandard. Analyses by a neutral third party may be necessary to resolve a dispute you have with your contractor. We will provide you with an independent objective analysis of the observable conditions.

The extent of substandard work is often under estimated. What appears to be a few minor problems may actually indicate substantial construction defects, which then represent considerable costs to the consumer. Star can provide a detailed report (with photographs) listing each defect observed with the estimated repair costs you can expect to pay to eliminate the problem. We can also provide expert witness services if litigation becomes necessary.
